I would like to see a different composition with the duck in the top right corner moving away from the lens with the ripples leading up to the duck.

This image would be stronger as a B/W. Also, the overexposure wouldn't be as noticeable, I think.
A bit noisy in the water.
Would go for a black border or none, the white takes away too much attention.
